The consulting company Deinzerconsult is our project partner and complements the competences of THE MAK`ED TEAM in individual projects with its high level of experience in the optimization of manufacturing and production processes.
The Nuremberg team around the experienced entrepreneur Claudia Weber has specialized, among other things, in lean production processes in medium-sized companies. In their last project, the assignment of a Nuremberg stationery manufacturer was to introduce a new merchandise management system and to reorganize the production process. The 3-person team set to work with a high level of practical knowledge and experienced methodology and implemented and digitized important processes according to lean principles. The change within the organization has brought the desired success: More transparency and higher efficiency could be achieved through the comprehensive optimization measures. Output measurement shows that both delivery performance and product range coverage have been significantly increased.
