As a management consultancy for family-owned medium-sized companies, we deal with topics that extend far beyond the next financial year: How can a company remain viable in the long term? How can generational change be successfully managed? And how can growth, responsibility and economic success be combined?
This mindset also shapes our own company. We work largely paperless, rely on digital processes and create conditions that foster independent work, personal development and long-term collaboration. At the same time, we are committed to equal opportunities and sustainable entrepreneurship, including through our cooperation with universities and students.
We do not understand sustainability as a standalone project, but as entrepreneurial responsibility. It concerns economic stability, the conscious use of resources and the people who shape companies. That is precisely why it is an integral part of our work — in client projects and within THE MAK’ED TEAM itself.
