One of our core competences lies in developing, implementing and managing further education programmes, incubator centres and vocational training centres.
Developing skilled workers and qualifying young people, and not only young people, belongs to the wide ranging field of corporate learning, which is at the centre of our attention alongside management and development.
As part of the practical example published by iMOVE, we realigned the further education centre of the private Université Quisqueya strategically.
The concept of the education centre was revised, the educational offer modernised and extended with digital possibilities. A language centre, the quality management system and a train the trainer programme were also integrated.
iMOVE is a working area of the international vocational training department at the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).
Under the label Training made in Germany, iMOVE represents German expertise in vocational education and further training.
Creating a new basis for the management of the further education centre together with Université Quisqueya is for us a wonderful example of successful, sustainable work.
Since March 2020 the team on the ground has been working successfully and independently and can therefore meet the great local need for education and further training.
