One of our core competencies lies in the development, implementation, and management of continuing education programs, incubator centers, and vocational training centers.
Promoting skilled professionals and qualifying (not just) young people falls under the diverse field of corporate learning, which, alongside management and development, is at the center of our focus.
As part of the case study published by iMOVE, we strategically realigned the continuing education center of the private Université Quisqueya.
The center's concept was revised, the educational offerings were modernized, and digital capabilities were added. A language center, a quality management system, and a train-the-trainer program were also integrated.
iMOVE is a division of the "International Vocational Education and Training" department at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).
Under the "Training – made in Germany" label, iMOVE represents German expertise in the field of vocational education and training.
Creating a new foundation for the management of the continuing education center together with Université Quisqueya is a wonderful example of successful, sustainable work for us.
Since March 2020, the local team has been working successfully and independently, enabling them to meet the high demand for education and training on the ground.
