Meeting in person
Our contracts are as individual as our range of services. First we would like to get to know your company and your requirements in person. After that we put together an offer for you.
Transparent pricing
Our services are calculated transparently for you from the very beginning. Our prices are based on the hours involved and the results contributed in your company, either at a fixed price or by time and materials. In certain constellations we work partly on a success basis.
You draw on our services to the extent that you need them, on a one off basis or over a longer period. We distinguish between consulting contracts and project contracts as well as service contracts or purely mandate based contracts.

Consulting contract
Producing the necessary analyses and developing suitable solutions. A project contract can be concluded to implement them.

Project contract
Reaching defined goals and milestones together, based on a scope of work agreed in detail in advance.

Service contract
Temporarily bringing the management capacity and expertise you need into your company (for example CFO on demand).

Mandate contract
Taking on specific mandates such as financing, company investments and sales as well as advisory board roles.
