Getting to know you
Our contract structure is as individual as our range of services: First, we would like to get to know your company and your requirements personally. Following that, we will prepare a proposal for you.
Transparent calculation
Our services are calculated transparently from the very beginning. Our prices are based on hourly volume and contributions to your company's results – at a fixed price or based on time and materials. In certain scenarios, we work partially on a success-fee basis.
You use our services to the extent you need them – as a one-off or over a longer period. We distinguish between consulting agreements and project agreements, as well as service agreements or pure mandate agreements.

Consulting agreement
Creating necessary analyses and developing suitable solutions. A project agreement can be concluded for their implementation.

Project agreement
Jointly achieving defined goals and milestones based on a pre-determined scope of services.

Service agreement
Temporarily providing necessary management capacity/expertise to your company (e.g., CFO on Demand).

Mandate agreement
Taking on specific mandates such as financing, company investments and sales, as well as advisory board roles.
