Managing implementation in crisis situations is guided by the urgency of individual measures. At the same time, the diverse dependencies and interactions create high pressure for implementation, which requires clear priorities, consistent management, and rapid action.

Specific individual topics are of great importance in restructuring and turnaround projects because they significantly influence the success of the implementation.

The top priority is liquidity management. It determines the company's financial scope and, therefore, its ability to implement necessary measures in the first place. That is why we actively manage liquidity development throughout the entire project, creating clarity about the current and future financial situation at all times with transparent reports and reliable forecasts. This allows risks to be identified early and decisions to be made on a solid foundation.

Crisis communication is equally critical to success. Restructuring and turnaround measures often interfere with existing structures and have an impact on banks, creditors, employees, customers, and other stakeholders. Each of these groups pursues its own interests and expectations. Successful turnarounds take these interests into account early on and create transparency regarding goals, measures, and developments. The focus is regularly on banks and other financing partners, with whom reliable reporting and coordinated communication processes are established. At the same time, employees and, where applicable, employee representatives must be actively involved. Issues such as job security, changes to working conditions, or organizational adjustments can significantly influence the acceptance of the turnaround. We identify the various interests early on, create commitment in communication, and thus reduce friction during the implementation phase.
