THE MAK`ED TEAM is a member of the expert group “human resources” of the BVMW – the network for the German small and medium-sized businesses. The representation of THE MAK’ED TEAM in the expert group as well as one of the working groups there has been taken over by the managing director Ann-Katrin Hardenberg.
From setting up a human resources department and human resources strategies to health management and the attractive design of working environments: As an HR expert, she and the other members of the working group are dedicated to the HR function with its processes and structures in small and medium-sized organizations and the design of working environments. Since qualified employees are an increasingly scarce and essential resource for companies, the expert group addresses the entire range of HR issues and challenges. The BVMW would like to support small and medium-sized businesses with information, advice and direct exchange in the HR area with the Expert Group Human Resources – and we are pleased to be able to make our contribution here.
