Our office – a mini-campus for a few hours: We were delighted to welcome five students and their course director Professor Dr. Stäudner from the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for Management (HdWM) to our Karlsruhe location on Thursday, 3 February 2022. The occasion was the presentation of a project that the students had worked out according to the task of THE MAK`ED TEAM.
In their presentation, the students used a roadmap to show how a fictitious medium-sized roofing firm with its family and traditional structures can set itself up for the future in a sustainable manner, step by step. A detailed and well thought-out implementation roadmap made it clear how sustainable corporate management and development could look and be successively implemented for the craft business outlined as an example by THE MAK`ED TEAM. The background to the work between THE MAK`ED TEAM and the HdWM is our cooperation with a thematic focus on sustainable business management, which we concluded just over a year ago.
After the successful presentation of the very well prepared and structured contents, which was also an examination situation, there was a lively discussion. A great joint project! We are already looking forward to the next one …
