In order to exploit the company’s full digitalisation potential, he draws on his many years of experience to apply evidence-based methods.
After his studies in European business administration, Eugen Feth passed through various stations in the IT consulting environment. He was a project manager in e-commerce for many years and has been working as a consultant for consulting companies for many years. As an IT consultant, he has successfully managed and implemented numerous digitalisation projects in trade, logistics and industry. From ERP to CRM to CMS: the goal was always to offer the customer a future-proof solution. To achieve this, he takes into account all relevant internal and external factors, such as existing technologies, company goals or market dynamics, when advising and designing.
