QUALIFICATION MANAGEMENT

In order to ensure the efficient implementation of qualification management, a role model was developed that creates a link between the defined qualifications and the employees to be qualified. A digital learning platform ensures implementation, documentation and reporting within qualification management.

IMPLEMENTATION ONBOARDING PROGRAM

An onboarding program was implemented to ensure an attractive and successful start for new employees. Our concept took into account the required induction content through various methods within a blended learning system and ensured that the program was anchored in the HR team.

NEW LOCATION AND NEW EMPLOYEES

As part of a growth strategy, we developed a strategy for setting up a new location. For their implementation, we support the development of structures and processes in the HR area and were responsible for the development and implementation of the employer branding concept and the recruiting concept.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALISTS

In this area we supported the foundation of further education institutions and training academies, the development of blended learning concepts and the organisation and implementation of qualification measures. The development of skilled workers for companies, both at home and abroad, plays a role especially in the development of companies and internationalization.

THE MAK’ED TEAM not only establishes and manages training academies for you, but also operates its own training centres with blended learning concepts (presence and online concepts). These are marketed under the brand name “CAR’ED – Center for Education and Development”.

DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGY THROUGH TO IMPLEMENTATION FOR PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT 4.0

After an analysis of the current state of how the company learns, how personnel development is carried out and where the company wants to go, a strategy was developed with a concept for future personnel development and the desired agile learning culture. The next steps included the preparation of an implementation plan for changing the mindset in the company, including time planning, method selection and setting milestones, the development of competencies in the human resources development team with regard to agile learning culture and digitisation, and support for the development and implementation of the first methods for changing the learning culture.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT DIVISION BASED ON CORPORATE AND HR STRATEGY

Based of an analysis of the current situation regarding the topics Learning & Development in this company, we developed together with our client a strategy for the area Learning & Development/Personnel Development in direct accordance with the corporate strategy: qualification needs, talent programs, career paths, change of learning culture. Clear objectives were determined and the respectively needed budget to achieve the goals were elaborated.

INTRODUCTION OF A NEW LEARNING CULTURE

The basis for the development of a concept for future personnel development and the desired learning culture was an analysis of the current situation: how to learn, how to develop personnel and where the company wants to go.
Together with the company, we drew up an implementation plan for changing the mindset in the company, including time planning, method selection and setting milestones. We supported the company in the development and implementation of the first methods for changing the learning culture.

SELECTION AND INTRODUCTION OF A LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS LEARNING METHODS

In this project, an LMS (Learning-Management-System) was selected and implemented after an analysis of the current situation and the desired target situation regarding the type and scope. Parallel to this, workshops for the development of learning formats were carried out and blended learning concepts with various learning/teaching methods mapped in the Learning Management System were developed on the basis of the workshop results.

IMPLEMENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We analyzed the existing methods of anchoring knowledge in a corporate group in order to further develop it in line with our strategy. From this, a Knowledge Management System was developed and implemented. We provided training for users and took measures to ensure the sustainable use of knowledge sharing and the use of existing knowledge.

REVIEW OF AN EXISTING EDUCATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ADAPTATION OF PROCESSES, STRUCTURES AND CONTENTS

For the further development of an in-house training academy we were asked to review structures, processes and standards and to introduce the subsequent defined changes and develop new concepts. The training academy team was supported in adapting processes and standards and was further developed by us over a longer period of time.
