IMPLEMENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We analyzed the existing methods of anchoring knowledge in a corporate group in order to further develop it in line with our strategy. From this, a knowledge management system was developed and implemented. We provided training for users and took measures to ensure the sustainable use of knowledge sharing and the use of existing knowledge.

BUY AND BUILD STRATEGY

As part of strategic considerations, we accompanied the management and the board of a medium-sized group of companies with regard to a buy-and-build strategy. We structured the critical success factors, drafted requirement profiles for possible targets, outlined implementation paths and moderated the decision-making process with regard to the future strategic orientation.

FOUNDING A COMPANY

As part of a private university in Haiti, a training centre for the qualification of people for the labor market was established. Part of the work was the establishment of the center, the development of further education products, the marketing and sale of the products, the training and support of trainers and the training of a team of the further education center.

PREPARATION COMPANY SUCCESSION

We developed a strategy for the age-related succession of an entrepreneur in the service sector. As a basis we developed a requirement profile for possible successors as well as the coaching results for dealing with family interests. The sales process was initiated on this basis.

FINANCIAL MODEL FOR CASH PLANNING

As part of a restructuring project, we verified the present liquidity planning of a consulting company by calculating the liquidity development using the direct method. The cash flows in the company were systematically analyzed, the basis for process optimization created and cash reserves made available to the company through working capital management.

IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTERNATIONALIZATION

In order to implement an internationalization strategy, the establishment of four foreign companies was designed and realized. Part of the project was to support the foundation, the selection of the CEO, the start of the operative business activity, the connection to the group as well as the securing of the financing with local credit institutions.

QUALIFICATION OF THE MANAGEMENT

In order to ensure the efficient implementation of a qualification management, a role model was developed that creates a link between the defined qualifications and the employees to be qualified. A digital learning platform ensured implementation, documentation and reporting within qualification management.

SEPARATION OF COMPANIES

We accompanied the CEO of a company in disputes among shareholders. To this end, we discussed possible effects and prepared a forward-looking company valuation. A balanced solution for the remaining and retiring shareholders was found within the framework of a moderation of the shareholders’ meeting.

IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ONBOARDING PROGRAM

An onboarding program was implemented to ensure an attractive and successful start for new employees. Our concept took into account the required induction content through various methods within a blended learning system and ensured that the program was anchored in the HR team.

PLANNING, CONTROL, REPORTING

To professionalize the processes, we developed and implemented integrated corporate planning for a three-tier group with different reporting levels. The accounting systems of the individual companies and the Group were modified, thus creating an integrated control system. Our work also included the selection and implementation of the software tools.

PREPARATION MBO

In preparation for an MBO, a production company was realigned. We analyzed and modified the strategic orientation, the business model and all relevant business processes from sales to production and administration. We sustainably increased sales and earnings through an integrative change project.

NEW LOCATION AND NEW EMPLOYEES

As part of a growth strategy, we developed a strategy for setting up a new location. For their implementation, we support the development of structures and processes in the HR area and were responsible for the development and implementation of the employer branding concept and the recruiting concept.

DEVELOPMENT OF QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES

In this area we supported the foundation of further education institutions and training academies, the development of blended learning concepts and the organization and implementation of qualification measures. The development of skilled workers for companies, both at home and abroad, plays a role especially in the development of companies and of internationalization.
